HEADSHOT LOUNGE
A professional headshot station at your conference, sales meeting or office. Attendees leave with a polished, current photo for LinkedIn and company profiles, and it's one of the most talked-about stops at any event.

TRAVEL
I travel regularly throughout the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean and internationally, with a current passport.

Events within 50 miles of Atlanta: no travel fee

Travel days (days spent traveling, not photographing): $800 per day

Airfare, lodging and ground transportation are billed at cost, or booked by your team alongside your group

Meals: $75 per day in the U.S. and $100 per day internationally

Checked equipment fees and any entry or visa fees are billed at cost

Adding me to your group’s room block and flights keeps travel costs down.

BOOKING TERMS

A 50% retainer reserves your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

The retainer is non-refundable. If your event moves, it can be applied to a new date within 12 months.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are billed in full.

Sharing or reselling images with third parties, such as sponsors or vendors, is available by agreement.

I may use selected images in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
